To insure that all parts of the system continue after the training period, EDDIE TOCK will provide a weekly review of the reports necessary to monitor your membership staff. This is more than just tallying numbers of sales results - it includes follow-up calls and efficiency, member motivational contacts, appointment ratios, referrals and corporate efforts.

As an added benefit any trends in your membership will be compared to other similar clubs in the U.S. EDDIE TOCK has daily contact with club owners and managers, all striving to improve or maintain their peak performance. The weekly support program is a very low cost insurance against costly membership mistakes.
